The goods IMPORTANT 1. Do not tighten bolts / screws completely until all bolts / screws are lined up and inserted into holes. 2. Do not over tighten screws and bolts to avoid stripping. 3. Please use hand tools to assemble this product. Do not use power tools.
Step 1 Exciting news – your long-awaited bench is now ready to assemble! Begin by turning the Seat Frame (A) upside down. Next, align the Leg Frame (B) with it for attachment. For this step, you’ll need the following hardware: Dowels Ø10x30mm (5), the 1/4 x 1 3/4 inch Hex Button Head Bolts (1), the 1/4 x 1/2 inch Lock Washers (2), and the 1/4 x 1/2 inch Flat Washers (3). Use these items to securely join the two frames together.
Step 2 Let’s move on to the Support Stretchers (C). Carefully slide them into their designated positions. Refer to the graphic below to correctly insert the Dowels Ø10x30mm (5). x2 After positioning the Stretchers (C), it’s time to secure them. For this, you’ll need the 1/4 x 1 3/4 inch Hex Button Head Bolts (1), the 1/4 x 1/2 inch Lock Washers (2), and the 1/4 x 1/2 inch Flat Washers (3). Use these components to firmly attach both Stretchers (C) into place.
Step 3 We’re making great progress quickly! Now, take the remaining Leg Frame (B) and prepare to attach it to the base. For this step, you’ll need the following hardware: Dowels Ø10x30mm (5), the 1/4 x 1 3/4 inch Hex Button Head Bolts (1), the 1/4 x 1/2 inch Lock Washers (2), and the 1/4 x 1/2 inch Flat Washers (3). Securely connect the Leg Frame (B) to the base using these components.
Step 4 x4 We’re nearing the finish line! It’s time to attach the Bottom Shelf (D) to the bench. Begin by positioning the Shelf and inserting the Dowels Ø10x30mm (5) into each corner. D Once in place, use the following hardware items to secure the Bottom Shelf (D) firmly to the bench: Dowels Ø10x30mm (5), the 1/4 x 1 3/4 inch Hex Button Head Bolts (1), the 1/4 x 1/2 inch Lock Washers (2), and the 1/4 x 1/2 inch Flat Washers (3).
Step 5 Time for the big reveal! Carefully flip the bench over to behold the masterpiece you’ve created with your own hands. But before you relax, ensure that every component is tightened to 100% for maximum stability and safety.
