Step 1 Let’s get this thing fired up! Start by attaching the Drawer Left Side Panel (10) and Drawer Right Side Panel (11) to the Drawer Back Panel (12) with the 4*30MM Screws (G). Once the side panels are secured, slide in the Drawer Bottom Panel (13), following the grooves in the panels.
Step 2 Carefully push four Cam Bolts (A) into the openings in the Drawer Front Panel (9). Then take the Drawer Front Panel (9) and line up the Cam Bolts with the holes on the Drawer Left Side (10) and Drawer Right Side (11) and push it in. Secure with four Cam Locks (B).
Step 3 Time for the drawer slides! With the drawer flipped upside down, secure the Drawer Runners Set (O)using the 3.5*10MM screws (E). Pay careful attention to the labels on the Drawer Runner Set (O): DL: this attaches to the Drawer Left Side Panel (10). DR: this attaches to the Drawer Right Side Panel (11).
Step 4 We completely understand if you never want to see another screw again after this step. Attach the Drawer Runner Set (O) marked CR to the Right Side Panel (4) using the 3.5*10MM screws (E). Attach the Drawer Runner Set (O) marked CL to the Left Side Panel (3) using the 3.5*10MM Screws (E).
Step 5 Secure two Door Stops (N) on the Front Stretcher (5) using four 3.5*10MM Screws (E). Then attach the Front Stretcher (5) to the Left Side Panel (3) and Right Side Panel (4) using the M6*30MM Wooden Dowels (C) and Cam Locks (B).
Step 6 Push five Cam Bolts (A) into the Top Panel (1).
Step 7 Take the Front Stretcher (5) and side panels you assembled from Step 5 and secure it to the Top Panel (1) using the M6*30MM Wooden Dowels (C) and Cam Locks (B). Then, do the same to secure the Back Vertical Stretcher (6) to the Top Panel (1), as well.
Step 8 Cha-cha slide in the Back Panel (8) don’t hurt yourself! 8 3 4 5 1 13
Step 9 Insert five Wooden Dowels (C) into the Left Side Panel (3), Right Side Panel (4) and Back Vertical Stretcher (6). Then, line up the holes on the Bottom Unit (2) with the Wooden Dowels and secure using five 4*35MM Screws (D).
Step 10 Let’s not forget about the Legs (7)! Secure each by first placing the Flat Washer (I), then Spring Washer (Q) and then 6*50MM Bolt (H), tightening with the Allen Key (P). Repeat for all four legs.
Step 11 Secure the two Hinges (M) onto the Door (14) using two 4*12MM Screws (F) per hinge.
Step 12 Would you believe us if we told you that you are ONE step away from being done?! Choose between Option A or Option B below to decide which way you want your door to face. Once you’ve decided, secure the Door (14) onto the unit by using the 4*12MM Screws (F) to secure the hinges. Then, use the 4*25MM Bolt (L) to secure the Knob (K) on the front of the door. A. If your door is too low or too high… Loosen the height screws, then move the door up or down to make it level.
