The goods A D B C D B D B C D E B 7 IMPORTANT 1. Do not tighten bolts / screws completely until all bolts / screws are lined up and inserted into holes. 2. Do not over tighten screws and bolts to avoid stripping. 3. Please use hand tools to assemble this product. Do not use power tools.
Step 1 Let’s get this thing fired up! Start by securing the Solid Wood Stretchers (B) to the Back Leg Frame (A) using a pair of Flat Washers (3), Lock Washers (2), and Hex Button Head Bolts (1), as pictured below. Tighten to 90% for now. A 90% Do NOT overtighten hardware. Tighten only to 90% for now.
Step 2 Cha-cha slide the Shelf Panels (C) in to the Solid Wood Stretchers (B). Then, slide the Shelf Panels (C) to the Back Leg Frame (A).
Step 3 Let’s get this thing fired up! Start by securing the Solid Wood Stretchers (B) to the Back Leg Frame (A) using a pair of Flat Washers (3), Lock Washers (2), and Hex Button Head Bolts (1), as pictured below. Tighten to 90%. 90% Do NOT overtighten hardware. Tighten only to 90% for now.
Step 4 Get those dancing shoes back on! Cha-cha slide four of the Metal Stretchers (D) into the hole of the Back Leg Frame (A).
Step 5 Slide the Metal Stretchers (D) into their respective holes. Secure the 2 Solid Wood Stretchers (B) to the Front Leg Frame (E) using a pair of Flat Washers (3), Lock Washers (2), and Hex Button Head Bolts (1). Tighten to 60%. 60% Do NOT overtighten hardware. Tighten only to 60% for now.
Step 6 Two more steps until your bar cart is ready for you to make cocktails on! Ensure that all of the Metal Stretchers (D) are aligned in their respective holes. Secure the Solid Wood Stretchers (B) to the Front Leg Frame (E) using a pair of Flat Washers (3), Lock Washers (2), and Hex Button Head Bolts (1). Then, tighten all of the fasteners from Step 5 and Step 6 to 90%. 90% B Do NOT overtighten hardware. Tighten only to 90% for now.
Step 7 Time to secure everything to 100%.
Step 8 Last but not least, place the Wood Plugs (5) into the holes, as pictured below. Cheers! HELPFUL TIP: It is recommended to use a Rubber Mallet or something similar to tap the Wood Plugs securely into place.
