Troubleshooting
Should a problem be encountered that cannot be resolved using the
‘Troubleshooting’ section of this manual, click the Troubleshooting tab (
Figure
20
).

A diagnosis program will run and display a diagnostic message. Follow the on-
screen instructions to send the message, together with a description of the
symptoms, to NDC’s technical support via e-mail.
