1 System Requirements

Before installing the adapter and related software, make sure the computer system meets the

minimum requirements described below.

1. Open the task bar’s

Start menu, go to Settings, and click Control Panel.

2. Double-click the

System icon.

The

System Properties window will appear.

3. Find and click the

Device Manager tab or button.

If there is no

Device Manager tab in the System Properties window, click the Hardware tab.

The

Device Manager button will be in the middle of the panel that appears.

4. Expand the MiniPCI Module entry.

1.2 Software Requirements

The drivers included with the adapter allow the adapter to be used in Microsoft

Windows 98,

ME, 2000, and XP. Third-party drivers may allow the adapter to be used, with reduced

functionality, in these and other operating systems.
