LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
SAVE YOUR SALES RECEIPT. It will be needed when requesting warranty service.
Please read this warranty thoroughly and familiarize yourself
with its restrictions and requirements.
National Outdoor Living (NOL) warrants its products against
manufacturer-only defects for a period of one (1) year from
the date of purchase indicated on your sales receipt. Should
any item fail to be as warranted, at the discretion of
manufacturer, they will replace it or provide replacement
parts, subject to the warranty terms.
This warranty does not apply to products that are used in
store displays. This warranty is made to the original
purchaser and only valid on purchases made from authorized
NOL retailers. This warranty is non-transferable.

Information required will include: product item number, UPC
bar code number, name of store where purchased, a
detailed description of the problem, and your address and
phone number. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-
4:30PMEST.
NOL reserves the right to request photographs and/or return
of the defective item(s) and/or any similar evidence relating
to any claim as necessary under the circumstances.
Warranty claims for missing or damaged product must be
submitted within 90 days of original purchase.
Warranty Exclusions: The following are excluded from
coverage under this warranty: any item used for commercial,
contract or any other non-residential purpose; clearance
items, display models or items purchased “as is”; freight
damage; items abused or misused; neglect or lack of proper
care or maintenance; normal wear and tear; damage caused
by acts of nature, vandalism, fire or other casualty; improper
assembly.

If there is a missing or broken part, or any other problem with this product,

Please RETAIN YOUR RECEIPT/SALES CONFIRMATION as it will be needed during registration and
as proof of purchase. You will also need to record the item number and UPC number that are located on
