Element Description
MAIN Section
Engine Selects the engine used in the Snare Plug-in. If you change this setting, please
refer to ↑10.2.8, Kick – Push.
Tune Adjusts the pitch of the drum played by the middle C, measured as a percent-
age. Available values range from 0.0 % to 100.0 % (default: 50.0 %). For
more details see ↑10.1.5, Pitch Range, Tuning, and MIDI Notes.
Decay Adjusts the duration of the sound’s tail, but also the “spread” between the in-
dividual claps, measured as a percentage. Available values range from 0.0 to
100.0 % (default: 50.0 %).
Room Adjusts the balance between the dry sound — the claps themselves — and the
synthesized room sound, measured as a percentage. Available values range
from 0.0 to 100.0 % (default: 50.0 %). At high values, extra “air” is added.
Focus Adjusts the sharpness of each clap, measured as a percentage. Available values
range from 0.0 to 100.0 % (default: 50.0 %). At 0.0 % the sound is very
smooth; at 100.0 % the claps are very sharp and staccato.

For this engine the Advanced page does not contain any parameters.

As with all other engines and Drumsynths, the Modulation page contains one parameter: Veloc-
ity.
