within the Overview page of the Service Center. Updates are available on the Update page in
Service Center or on our website under:

8.2 Getting Help
If you are experiencing problems related to your Native Instruments product that the supplied
documentation does not cover, there are several ways of getting help!
Most of the links in the following sections can also be reached from the Service Center
application: Open the Service Center application and click on the Support button in the
upper-right corner.
8.2.1 Knowledge Base
The Online Knowledge Base gathers useful information about your Native Instruments product
and can be of great help to solve possible issues you may encounter. You can reach the Knowl-
edge Base via:

To open the Knowledge Base from within KOMPLETE KONTROL, select Visit Online
Knowledge Base from the Help menu in the application menu bar or from the Help sub-
menu in the KOMPLETE KONTROL menu.

To open the Knowledge Base from within Service Center, click on the Support button in
the upper right corner. Here you will find direct links to the Native Instruments Online
Knowledge Base and the Online Support Form.
Support Videos
In the Knowledge Base, you will also find helpful videos that guide you through various aspects
of using our products. If you set the search filter to Video, the result list will only show videos.
