Part ounting the Solar Panel Choose the optimal location for the solar panel. The fan is powered by the solar panel and will run only when the solar panel is receiving ade uate sunlight. For this reason, the optimal location for the solar panel will be where it can receive the ma imum amount of sunlight during the day, with the little or no shade.
