Equipmentmustberegularlyexaminedfordamageandrepairs.Theownerisresponsibletomakesurethatregular

maintenanceisdone.Wornordamagedcomponentsmustbereplacedimmediatelyortheequipmentremovedfrom

serviceuntiltherepairismade.Onlymanufacturersuppliedcomponentscanbeusedtomaintainandrepairthe

equipment.

Daily:

Beforeeachuse,inspectforloose,broken,damaged,orwornparts.Donotusethemachineifanyofthese

conditionsexist.

Checkforsmoothrolleroperation.Cleanthemachinetoremovedust,dirt,orgrime.Donotuseanautomotive

cleaner.

Weekly:

Donotremovethemachinemotorcover,dangerousvoltagesarepresent.Thecomponentsare

serviceableonlybyapprovedservicepersonnel.

Monthly:

Makesureallboltsandscrewsaretight.Tightenifnecessary.

Quarterly:Orafter50hours—Lubricatethewalkingbelt.

NOTICE:TopreventdamagetothefinishofthemachineorConsole,donotcleanwithapetroleumbasedsolventwhen

youclean.PreventgettingtoomuchmoistureontheConsole.

Cleaning

Toreducetheriskofelectricalshock,alwaysunplugthepowercordandwait5minutesbefore

cleaning,maintainingorrepairingthismachine.

Wipethetreadmilldownaftereachusetokeepthetreadmillcleananddry.Itmaybenecessarytouseamilddetergentattimesto

removealldirtandsaltfromthebelt,paintedpartsandthedisplay.

NOTICE:TopreventdamagetothefinishofthemachineorConsole,donotcleanwithapetroleumbasedsolvent.

DonotapplytoomuchmoisturetotheConsole.

Tocleanthewalkingbelt,carefullyturnthetreadmillonitsside.Useadampclothtowipetheinnersideofthebelt.Carefullyrotate

thebeltbyhandtocleantheentiresurface.Carefullyturnthetreadmillbacktotheuprightposition.

AdjustingtheBeltTension

Ifthewalkingbeltstartstoslipduringuse,itisnecessarytoadjustthetension.Yourtreadmillhastensionboltsattherearof

thetreadmill.

1.Beforeyouadjustthebelttension,startthetreadmillandsetthespeedto3mph.

2.Usea6mmhexkeytoturntherightandlefttensionbolts1/2turn,firstoneboltandthentheother

boltuntilthebeltdoesnotslip.
