Optional Accessory Services
Optional accessory services available for your NAVIGON 21MAX are:
• TMC (Traffic) Information
• Zagat Points of Interest (POIs)
Each optional service is purchased separately. Once activated, the service is provided
for the lifetime of your
NAVIGON 21MAX.
Activating an Optional Accessory Service
At a retail outlet where NAVIGON 21MAX devices are sold:
1. Purchase an Accessory card for each service you want.
On the Accessory card is the 15 character activation key, three blocks of five char-
acters separated by hyphens. This key is used to obtain a device unlock code.
On your
NAVIGON 21MAX:
2. Switch on the device by pressing and holding the (On/Standby) switch for at
least 6 seconds.

AIN WINDOW displays.
3. Tap
Options > Service Activation.
The P
RODUCT ID WINDOW displays the 15 character product ID.
- For a
NAVIGON21MAX, the first two characters are “KN” or “K2”.
