Making a call
With the NAVIGON 8100T you can make a call in various ways:
• Dialing a telephone number.
• Dialing a Speed Dial number.
• Dialing a contact from the Address Book.
• Calling missed, most recently dialed, or received numbers.
Dialing a telephone number
In the Navigation software:
1. Tap (Phone).
The
HANDS-FREE MAIN WINDOW appears.
2. Tap Keypad.
The
HANDS-FREE KEYPAD WINDOW opens.
3. Enter the desired telephone number.
4. Tap Dial Number.
Dialing a Speed Dial number
You can configure up to four Speed Dial buttons. For more information on how to set
up a Speed Dial number, see “Adding a New Speed Dial Number” on page 140.
In the navigation software:
1. Tap (Phone).
The
HANDS-FREE MAIN WINDOW appears.
Note:
Spoken navigation instructions continue during a call.
