Precautions and notices
• Makesurethatnoobjectisblockingthecameralensandnoreectivematerialappears
nearthelens.Pleasekeepthelensclean.
• Ifthecar’swindscreenistintedwithacoating,itmayimpacttherecordingquality.
• Minoraccidentsmaynottriggereventrecording.
• Toensuretheoptimalrecordingangle,payattentiontothefollowing:
• Makesurethatyourcarisparkedonalevelground.
• Whenadjustingtheangleofmounting,makesurethatthecamera’sviewisparallel
withthelevelground,andtheground:skyratioiscloseto6:4.
• Tomakesureofthecorrectdateandtimeforyourrecordings,pleasemakesurethatthe
devicehasalreadygottenaGPSxbeforeyoubeginrecording.
Memory card for recording
Makesurethattherecording-specicMicroSDcard(recommendedClass10memorycard
witha16GB–64GBcapacity)hasbeeninsertedintothememorycardslotforrecording
onthetopofthedevice.
WhenyouuseanewMicroSDcardforrecordingforthersttime,formatthecardonthe
devicetomakeitrecording-specic.

Making a recording
