Calling to Japan from Overseas
While the standby screen
is displayed, enter the
phone number and then
press

(Dial).
Use

to select “Voice
Call,” and then press
c
(OK).
Use
j
to select “Dial to
Japan,” and then press
c
(OK) and
c
(Dial).
◎ Although the preferred roaming list (PRL) is already stored in the phone at
the time of purchase, the list may be updated several times a year. Update
it before departure.
◎ You can use like a normal cellphone when calling from Japan to an overseas
cellphone compatible with Global Passport CDMA.
◎ You need to sign up for the EZweb service before departure. Initial setting
of EZweb must also be done in Japan.
