420.2 Pooled Line
Only Muliline Terminals that have pooled line
appearances can use this function.
NOTE 1: When several Pooled Auto Extension
(PAE) lines are assigned in addition to the
primary extension line, the P A E lines are
seized in ascending line key order.
The
lower number extension line keys are
seized first. The primary extension is the
last choice for PAE.
NOTE 2: When all the Pooled Auto Extensions
(including primary extension) are not idle,
you cannot originate calls using the Pooled
Line keys.
1. Originating
SAMPLE LED INDICATIONS
a. Manual Dialing
l Depress an idle Pooled Line key.
l Lift handset and receive dial tone.
PAE green LED lights.
1 POOLED 1 red LED lights only ifall other

1
CO trunks in this Pooled Line are busy.
0 Dial desired number and receive ring back
tone.
l Converse with called party.
