SAMPLE LED INDICATIONS
420.23 Save and Repeat
1. To Save:
With originating CO/PBX call in progress:
l Depress line key programmed for save
& repeat.
CO/PBX green LED is lit steady.

S & R red LED lights.
memory and restore handset.
l Number dialed is stored into the
S & R red LED remains lit.
CO/PBX LED goes off.

NOTE: A maximum of 80 Save & Repeat buffers
are provided in a system. Each buffer
can contain up to 16 digits.
Any
Multiline Terminal can have multiple
Save & Repeat keys.
2. To Repeat:
l Depress an idle extension or COIPBX
line key.
l Lift handset to receive dial tone.
CO/PBX green LED lights.
0 Depress save 8z repeat key with LED lit.
S & R red LED goes off.

l Wait for called party to answer.
NOTE: When an extension line key is used to
originate an outside call, the system
automatically seizes an idle trunk
within the trunk group previously used
to save the number.
