440.3 MFR Circuit Selection and Test
l Lift handset, receive internal dial tone.
l Dial Selection Access Code (Default 67).
l Dial MFR device number (41-48) to be selected and tested.
- If the MFR circuit selected is idle and in good working order,
internal dial tone will be heard.
OR
- If it is busy, busy tone will be heard.
OR
- If it is not installed or busied out, reorder tone will be heard.
l Restore handset. Repeat the steps above to test all MFR circuits
required.
NOTE: MFR circuits can be busied out or restored only by an
attendant’s Multiline Terminal. Refer to Section 430.3 for this
procedure.
