When perform installation,
"Database installation failed
Error Code: 11" occurred.
Confirm that there is the access permission of
the "Users" group in c:/ProgramData folder.(it is
hidden folder)
If folder does not have access permission of
“Users” group, add it.
Confirm and edit in Security tab of
ProgramData folder.
