HP-GL Error Codes and PCL Error Codes
The following tables list error codes that could appear on the printer message
window when running the HP-GL, PCL or HPXL emulation.

2 Math error. 2 Math error.
3 Job aborted. 3 Job aborted.
4 Instruction not recognized. 4 Out of memory for macros.

ters.
5 Disk full. Cannot store fonts.
6 Out of range parameter, or
illegal character.
6–13 Internal error 1–8.
7 Not used.
8 Unknown character set.
9 Position overflow.
10 Buffer overflow.
