The toner cartridges in many laser printers are sensitive
to bright light because they contain a light-sensitive print
drum. The toner cartridges in your magicolor
6110 do
not contain a print drum and, therefore, are not sensitive
to light.
The set of starter toner cartridges that are shipped with
the printer have less capacity and will only print 1/2 of the
number of pages listed for replacement toner cartridges.
