Rotate up the two lock
levers (one on each
side of the OPC belt
cartridge).

Remove the used
OPC belt
cartridge.
WARNING!
Dispose of the used OPC belt cartridge according to your local
regulations. Do not dispose of it by burning.

Remove the new OPC belt cartridge from its packaging.

Pull out the two
orange tension-
release pins A
(one on each
side of the
cartridge), and
then remove the
protective
sheet B from
the cartridge.

The green surface of the cartridge faces you. The white powder
lubricant on a new OPC belt is normal; it won’t affect quality.
