In the Operator Control/Consumables/Item Replaced/Waste Toner Bottle
menu choose
Yes
to reset the consumables monitoring system.

When you replace the waste toner bottle after a
CHECK WASTE
TONER
message displays in the message window, the engine
automatically recovers. However, you should manually reset the
consumables usage monitoring system to ensure accurate con-
sumables monitoring.
To access consumables usage information, use the Operator Control/
Consumables/Print Statistics menu or the CrownView printer web page.
Replacing the Ozone Filter
How do I replace the ozone filter?
The ozone filter reduces exhausted ozone gas. It should be replaced every
12 months.

Slide open the ozone filter door on
the left rear of the printer.

Remove the ozone filter from
the case.

Dispose of the used ozone
filter according to your local
regulations.

Install a new ozone filter
in the case.

Reinstall the ozone filter
case.
