CPU Blades
CPU blades are listed as shown in the figure below.
The installation location, CPU blade name, STATUS LED condition, Power LED condition, ID LED
condition, installation status, and IP address of NEC EXPRESSSCOPE Engine are displayed from left
to right. Next to these items, buttons to link with remote management feature of NEC
EXPRESSSCOPE Engine and to switch to detailed indication are placed.
When you click the [HTTP] or [HTTPS] button, the Web page of EXPRESSSCOPE Engine for the
selected CPU blade opens in separate window.
When you click the [telnet] link, the command line console of EXPRESSSCOPE Engine for the
selected CPU blade opens in separate window.

EXPRESSSCOPE Engine Users Guide.
TIPS:
The telnet link feature may be disabled depending on the OS of management console or configuration
of Web browser. With Internet Explorer Ver. 6 of Windows XP and Mozilla FireFox 2.0, it is
confirmed that the telnet feature is available by the default setting.
When you click the [Detail] button, the detailed information on the selected CPU blade is displayed.
The detailed information on the CPU blade will be described later in this chapter.
IMPORTANT:
When the installed CPU blade occupies two slots (e.g., NEC Express5800/120Bb-m6), the slot to the
right of the installed slot is indicated as Not Installed.
