Blade
Indicates the power consumption of the CPU blades installed in the Blade Enclosure.
Utilizable power
Indicates the powers secured for respective blades.
TIPS:
The Utilizable Power indicates the same value when the hardware configuration is unchanged,
however, it may vary in the following cases:
Before and after booting the OS
Before and after updating BIOS Power Consumption
Power consumption
Indicates the current power consumptions of respective blades.
TIPS:
The Utilizable Power may exceed the Power Consumption. However, it is not a problem if
the symptom occurs temporarily.
The Power Consumption may be indicated extremely smaller than the Utilizable Power
depending on the CPU load status.
Power On Request Status
Indicates the responses from the EM card when respective blades issue requests of using powers to
the EM card. Any of the following values appears.
Success: The power is secured as requested.
Success (power saving): The power is secured with a value smaller than the maximum request.
Power not enough: The minimum request of power cannot be secured and the power of
the blade cannot be turned on.
Cooling capacity not enough: The Blade Enclosure does not have sufficient cooling capacity and
the power of the blade cannot be turned on.
Installation location error: Because the positional relationship between the blade and fan units is
invalid, the power of the blade cannot be turned on.
E-Keying error: Because the relationship between the IO port on the blade and that on
the corresponding switch modules is invalid, the power of the blade
cannot be turned on.
Processing: The request is being processed.
