Displaying CPU blade information
Displaying virtual LCD
You can view the contents of virtual LCD of the CPU blade installed in the Blade Enclosure.
Press the [↓] or [↑] button on [Blade INFO] menu to move the cursor to the desired CPU blade slot
number, and press the [Enter] button. The contents of virtual LCD of the selected CPU blade is
displayed as shown below. (Shown below are examples.)
Press the [Menu] button to go back to the main menu.
Press the [←] button to go back to the [Blade INFO] menu.
TIPS:
If the CPU blade does not support the virtual LCD, the message “Not supported” is displayed. If the
CPU blade failed to acquire the information on virtual LCD, the message “Error” is displayed.
Displaying CPU blade status
Displays the status of CPU blade slots of the Blade Enclosure. Installation status, power supply status,
and LED indication are displayed.
When you select [3: Blade INFO] on Main Menu, the submenu as shown below appears.
TIPS:
One of the statuses is displayed: Good (The CPU blade is operating normally.), Degraded (The CPU
blade is being degraded.), or Critical (The CPU blade is faulty.). If no CPU blade is installed,
“NONE” is displayed following the slot number.
IMPORTANT:
If “Degraded” or “Critical” is displayed, refer to the User‟s Guide of the CPU Blade.
When the installed CPU blade occupies two slots (e.g., NEC Express5800/120Bb-m6 and NEC
Express5800/140Ba-10), the slot with a bigger numbers are indicated as “NONE”
