Note 1: The voice channel and the common signaling channel stay connected after the calls finish according to
the release timer data. Therefore, while the CCIS link is active, the features are available.
Note 2: The billing information is sent while the CCH link is active. If the sending of billing information fails, it
is sent again when a new CCH link is established by next call.
