PRECAUTIONS
Installation of these products should be performed by a qualified installation partner.
Do not use the product in damp places.
If you smell smoke or other odors or hear a strange sound, unplug the power cord and
contact your dealer.
Make sure to connect the power cable to a properly earthed outlet.
Protect the power cord from physical or mechanical abuse, such as being twisted, kinked,
pinched, closed in a door, or walked upon. Pay particular attention to plugs, wall outlets, and
the point where the cord exits the Eco Reader.
Do not disassemble, repair or modify the product at your own discretion.
To reduce the risk of electrical shock or damage, do not expose this device to rain or
moisture.
Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the system has
been damaged in any way, such as power supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been
spilled, or the device has been dropped.
When your Eco Reader is of version REV.A (which can be seen on top of the PCB), and/or it
has a warning sticker next to the BNC connectors, do not connect an unterminated coaxial
cable to one of its RF outputs! This may permanently damage the Eco Reader. To be sure,
turn off power before you do any work or maintenance on the Eco Reader.
