Potatoes
Do not season potatoes until after cooking.
Cereal products
Weigh the food and add the correct ratio of water:
Rice 1:1.5
Couscous 1:1
Millet 1:3
Lentils 1:2
Enter the weight excluding liquid.
Stir cereal products after cooking. The remaining water is then
quickly absorbed.
Making risotto
Add water to the risotto in the ratio of 1:2. Enter the total weight
including water. The message “Stir” appears after approx.
15 minutes. Stir the risotto and, if required, press the Start
button.
Meat, poultry
Do not place meat or poultry on top of one another in the
ovenware.
The chicken breasts can be marinated beforehand.
Fish
When preparing fish, grease the perforated cooking container. Do not place whole fish or fish fillets on top of each other. Enter
the weight of the heaviest fish and choose pieces as similar in
size as possible.
