Troubleshooting
You can rectify minor faults on your appliance yourself. Read the troubleshoot-
ing information before contacting after-sales service. This will avoid unneces-
sary costs.
Malfunctions
Fault Cause Troubleshooting
The LED lighting does not
work.
The illuminant is defective. 1. "Switch off the appliance."

2. Disconnect the appliance from the
mains.
Unplug the appliance from the
mains or switch off the circuit
breaker in the fuse box.
3. Slide the illuminant cover back-
wards and remove the illuminant
cover to the left ⁠.

4. Replace the illuminant.
Replacement illuminant: 220–240
V AC, E14 bulb holder, see the de-
fective illuminant's wattage.
The light switch is jammed.
Check whether the light switch can
be moved.

The temperature differs
greatly from the setting.
Different causes are pos-
sible.
1. "Switch off the appliance."

2. "Switch the appliance back on after
fiveminutes." →Page30
If the temperature is too
warm, check the temperature
again after a couple of hours.
If the temperature is too cold,
check the temperature again
on the following day.
The base of the refrigerator
compartment is wet.
The condensation channel
or drainage hole are
blocked.
"Clean the condensation channel
