- 1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel and finely dice the carrot.

INFORMATION ON YOUR APPLIANCE AND ON THIS BROCHURE.
THE FRYING SENSOR
Using the frying sensor will make vegetables crunchy and meat crisp and juicy.
The system heats up the frying pan, whereby visual and acoustic signals are provided when
the temperature for your frying setting is reached. The frying sensor permanently monitors
the desired temperature and keeps it constant. Add oil to the frying pan and fry at the
desired temperature – the optimum frying setting is indicated in all recipes for every type of
food in this cookbook.
The fat or oil does not overheat, meaning that the food is cooked at the ideal temperature,
allowing its delicious aromas to develop fully.
You will find information and many tips for the frying sensor in the instruction manual for
your NEFF cooktop with frying sensor. Please ensure that you read the instruction manual
carefully.
