INGREDIENTS:
400 g button mushrooms
1 clove garlic
75 g diced bacon
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
Per serving:
424 kcal, 3 g carbs, 41 g fat,
13 g protein
PREPARATION
1. Wipe and slice the mushrooms. Peel the garlic and
chop finely.
2. Heat the frying pan as indicated and after the acoustic
signal, add the cooking oil, button mushrooms, diced
bacon and garlic to the frying pan. Fry stirring
continuously until the mushrooms are cooked and slightly
brown.

3. Shortly before the end of the roasting time, scatter
sesame seeds over them.
4. Season with pepper and serve.
Setting procedure:
With the frying sensor, “med”
After the signal, fry for 10 minutes
Tip:
Serve the mushrooms with rice or baguette. As a side
dish, the mushrooms are sufficient for 4 portions.
