Settings

Go to Settings -> Memory to view phone performance, average memory use, available memory and

more. You can tap Memory used by apps and to view the app usage within 3/6/12 hours or 1day. Viewing

app usage sorted by max use is also allowed by tapping -> Sort by max use.

13. 12 Users

Create multiple user accounts to prevent others from viewing your confidential information, or to keep your

work and personal life separate.

User types

On the Home screen, go to Settings -> Users. There are different user types:

• Owner: Only the owner can log in to this account. As the owner, you can control all user permissions. For

example, you can add or delete users, or authorize other users calling and messaging permissions. You can

tap You(Owner) to change your username and then tap to choose a profile picture from your Gallery or

take a photo and use it as your profile picture.

• Guest: Guests only have limited access to your device’s features. Tap next to Guest and switch on Turn

on phones calls, then your call history will be shared with the guest user.

• User: Create multiple user accounts to keep your work and personal life separate. For detailed information,

see Create user accounts below. You can add up to three user accounts.

Create user accounts

Use any way below to create user accounts.

• On the Home screen, go to Settings -> Users. Tap Add user -> OK. You can choose to set up user

now or later.

• Set up now: Tap SET UP NOW on the pop up prompt and it will switch to the new user account. Then

Tap Continue and follow the onscreen instructions to customize the user settings. After setting up the

account, you can go to Settings -> Users and tap You to edit profile information of the new user

account. When you want to delete the user account, tap -> Delete from this device, and your device

will switch back to owner account again.

• Set up later: Tap NOT NOW on the pop up prompt, then a new user account will appear on the screen.

Tap New user -> SET UP NOW if you want to set up the user account, then follow the steps above

to complete the user settings. You can tap next to New user to configure the settings for this user

account. Switch on Turn on phone calls & SMS to share the call and SMS history with this user. Tap

Remove user to delete unused accounts to free up storage space.

• On the Home screen, swipe down from the status bar and tap -> -> Add user, then follow the

onscreen instructions to customize the user account settings.

• You can also create a new user account from the lock screen. Go to Settings -> Users, turn on the Add

users switch, then you can add users from the status bar on the lock screen. On the lock screen, swipe down

from the status bar and tap -> Add user, then follow the onscreen instructions to customize the user

account settings

Create guest account

1. On the Home screen, swipe down from the status bar and tap -> -> Guest. Then your phone will

automatically switch to the guest account.

2. You can also create a guest account from the lock screen. Go to Settings -> Users, turn on the Add

users switch, then you can add guest account on the lock screen. On the lock screen, swipe down from

the status bar and tap -> Add guest, then your phone will switch automatically to the guest account.

Remove guest account

• Swipe down from the status bar to open the Notification Panel, then tap REMOVE GUEST.
