Nemo Power Tools Warranty Policy

Every Nemo Power Tools Lithium-Ion Power Tool is thoroughly inspected and

tested before leaving the factory. If you are not satisfied with any Nemo Power

Tools Lithium-Ion tool within 30 days of purchase, return it and Nemo Power Tools

will provide, at Nemo Power Tools’ option, a replacement or refund. Each Nemo

Power Tools Lithium-Ion tool is warranted to be free of defects from workmanship

and materials for the period of THREE YEARS from the date of original purchase.

The Nemo Power Tools Lithium-Ion battery has a limited ONE YEAR warranty.

Should any trouble develop during the three-year period for the Lithium-Ion tool

and during the one year period for the Lithium-Ion battery, return the COMPLETE

tool and or battery, freight prepaid, to one of Nemo Power Tools’ Factory or

Authorized Service Centers.

If inspection shows the trouble is caused by defective workmanship or material,

Nemo Power Tools will repair (or at our option, replace) without charge. This

warranty does not apply to Nemo Power Tools Accessories.

This warranty does not apply where:

• The tool was not properly pressurized or otherwise used in a manner that is not

recommended.

• Repairs have been made or attempted by others

• Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear

• The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained

• Alterations have been made to the tool

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEMO POWER TOOLS BE LIABLE FOR (A) ANY

INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD HEREUNDER,

OR (B) ANY AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES BOTH DURING AND AFTER THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. NEMO POWER TOOLS DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF “MERCHANTABILITY” AND “FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE,” AFTER THE THREE-YEAR TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
