1. Insert the earbuds into the charging case.
2. Close the charging case and connect the USB cable.
3. The earbuds and the charging case are charged
simultaneously.
Charging case indicators
1.earbuds charging,the blue indicator is always on.
2.earbuds fully charged,the blue indicator goes out.
3.charging case low battery,the blue indicator flashes and then
goes out.
4.charging case charging,the red indicator flashes.
5.charging case fully charged, the red indicator is always on.
Warning!
The rechargeable battery of this product must be properly
disposed of in order to be recycled. Please do not put the
battery in the fire to avoid explosion.If you do not use this
product, it is recommended to charge it every three months.

Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, heat, burn or reuse.
Connect to your smart device
Connect
1.When using the earbuds for the first time, open the charging
case and take out the earbuds, the red and the blue indicators
of the earbuds flash, the left and right earbuds are
automatically paired. Then turn on the Bluetooth switch of the
mobile phone,search for the pairing name "NEOQOQO-X5" to
connect the mobile phone.
2.If the earbuds has been connected to a smart device, open
the charging case and take out the earbuds, it will
automatically search and connect to the paired device.You can
also manually click the Bluetooth pairing name
"NEOQOQO-X5" to connect.
3.If the earbuds has been connected to other smart device and
you want to connect to a new device,please turn off Bluetooth
switch of the other device before connecting the new device.

Health and Safety
1.If you wear earbuds for a long time, you are recommended
to adjust the volume to 60-70%. Excessive volume will damage
your hearing.
2.This product does not come with charger. We recommend
5V-2A charger.
3.The charger should be pulled out after full charge. If the
charger is not pulled out for a long time after the earbuds are
fully charged, the charging protection IC will be in a hot
working state for a long time, and the working life of the IC will
be impact.
4.Super fast charger is not recommended. If it is necessary,
please only use the original fast charging of famous mobile
phone manufacturers, because the fast charging of copycat
manufacturers may be direct 9V power supply.
5.If you feel discomfort while using the device, stop using it
and remove it.If your device becomes hot to the touch, please
remove it until it cools.
6.To avoid electric shock and damage to your device, do not
charge device while it is wet or in an area where it could get
wet. Do not handle device,charger or cords with wet hands
while charging.

Troubleshooting（2-1） Troubleshooting（2-2）
When the earbuds is turned off due to wrong operation,please
put the earbuds to charging case and close the cap to active it,
Then take out the earbuds and re connect the smart device.
1. what should be noted when firstly using the earbuds?
A. Firstly, fully charged the earbuds and charging case to avoid
low power causing caton and noise.
B. Turn off the phone and restart before connecting.Long-time
using the phone will hugely impact the transition of
earbuds,which causes caton, noise and troubleshooting on
connecting.
2. Why can one earbud hear sound and the other can't?
A. Long press the earbud without sound, if cue tone appears,
the earbuds can match automatically, if not,please do the
below operation.
B. Put the earbuds into charging case and close the cap,charge
it for 5mins,remove Bluetooth earbuds connection and restart
the phone.Take out the earbuds from the charging case and
wait for 10 seconds.The earbuds will match automatically,turn
on the Bluetooth switch on phone to connect.
3. Why is the call unclear, noisy, stuck, or listening to music
stuck?
A.Poor call signals or net between both sides.
B.The power of the earbuds is too low, please charge it.
C. Static electricity is generated between earpbuds or mobile
phone and clothes, which interferes with Bluetooth signal
transmission.
D. Long distance between phone and earbuds, or wall block.
E. Non-standard charger/router/high power utility
equipment/monitor/Interference of Bluetooth signal in
subway station/public.Please confirm the interference of
connecting signals、volume、distance、block and turn off the
phone then restart,it can return to normal when reconnecting.
When using earbuds in areas where the air is very dry,it is easy
to build up static electricity and possible for your ears to
receive a small electrostatic discharge from earbuds.To
minimize the risk of electrostatic discharge,avoid using
earbuds in extremely dry environments,or touch a grounded
unpainted metal object before inserting earbuds.
4. How to do with abnormal charging of earbuds/charging
case?
A. Please read instructions about the indicator light of
charging on.
B. Change to another USB-C cable or charging head to charge.
C. Clean the earbuds charging interface with alcohol of 75% by
cotton swab.
Electrostatic shock
It is not recommended to use earbuds while driving a vehicle
and is illegal in some areas.
Check and obey the applicable laws and regulations on the
use of earbuds while operating a vehicle.Be careful and
attentive while driving.
Stop listening to your audio device if you find it disruptive or
distracting while operating any type of vehicle or performing
another activity that requires your full attention.
Driving hazard
Earbuds can lead to ear infections if not properly leaned.Clean
earbuds regularly with a soft lint-free cloth.Don't get moisture
in any openings,or use aerosol sprays,solvents,or abrasives.If a
skin problem develops,discontinue use.If the problem
persists,consult a physician.
Skin irritation
Caution! Some applications or prolonged usage may increase
device temperature.
If the device feels hot to the touch, discontinue use and close
all applications or turn off the device until it cools.
Always ensure that the device has adequate ventilation and air
flow. Covering the device can trap any dissipating heat and
redirect it back to the device while it is active.
Device temperature
Your device is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with it
because they could hurt themselves and others, or damage
the device. Keep the device and all its parts and accessories
out of the reach of small children.
Restricting children's access
to your mobile device
For products that are not within the scope of free after-sales
service,paid maintenance service can be provided, and the
user shall bear the maintenance cost and freight.

1. Beyond the validity period after sale (calculated within one
year from the date of purchase).
2. The damage is due to the failure to use, maintain and keep
in accordance with the instructions.
3. The damage is due to other non product design,technology
manufacturing, quality and other problems.
4. The damage is caused by force majeure.
5. Damage caused by dismantling the machine by staff of
unauthorized dealers.
6. Machines without labels are not guaranteed.
7. The attached accessories are not within the scope of free
after-sales.
Product failure caused by internal components
1.Within 2 months of purchase, you can choose to
return,replace or repair the earbuds.
2.Within 3 months of purchase, you can choose to replace or
repair the earbuds.
3. Within 12 months of purchase, you can enjoy free
maintenance service.
Maintaining water resistance
The earbuds support water-resistance but the earbuds may be
damaged if used in conditions inconsistent with the IPX4
standard. Follow these instructions carefully, as failure to do
so may result in damage to your devices. The charging case
does not support water-resistance.
If you do not follow these instructions, the water can enter the
devices' joints and affect their appearance, the speakers, and
other functionalities.
• Do not expose the devices to water moving with force or
running water.
• Do not wear the devices while swimming, showering, playing
water sports, or while in a sauna.
• Do not put the devices into a washer or dryer.
• It is not recommended to use the devices in water.
• If the devices are exposed to fresh water, dry them
thoroughly by wiping them with a clean, soft cloth and shaking
them to remove the water from the devices.Do not expose or
immerse the devices to other liquids, such as salt water,
swimming pool water, soapy water, oil, perfume,
sunscreen,hand cleaner,chemical products such as cosmetics,
ionized water, alcoholic beverage, or acidic liquids.
