2 Starting the Program
To start Nero Express, proceed as follows:
1. If you use Nero Multimedia Suite or Nero Multimedia Suite Platinum HD and have Nero
StartSmart available:
1. Click the Nero StartSmart desktop icon.
 The Nero StartSmart window is opened.
2. Click the
button.
 The list of Nero applications is displayed.
3. Select the Nero Express entry in the selection list.
 The Nero Express window is opened.

2. If you use Nero BackItUp & Burn:
1. Click the
Nero BackItUp desktop icon.
 The Nero BackItUp window is opened.
2. Click the
Burn CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray Discs icon
3. If you use Nero BurnExpress, click Start (the start icon) > (All) Programs > Nero > Nero 10
>Nero Express.
 The Nero Express window is opened.
 You have started Nero Express.
