then plug the power cord into a 120 Volt electrical outlet.
6. Cut food into small pieces and insert into the food chute; always use the pusher to feed
the food down the chute.
7. Rotate the control knob to the “1” or “2” speed posion to begin. Rotate the control knob
to “0” posion to stop.
NOTICE: To avoid product damage:
• Never exceed 15 seconds of operaon while mincing. Aer using for 30 seconds, allow
the motor to rest for one minute before operang again.
• Never overll the bowl when mincing meat, parcularly for meat. The maximum
weight capacity for the bowl is 24 oz. (700g).

Slicing / Shredding:
1. Posion the bowl onto the base, (steps 1 and 2 in the Mincing secon). Do not insert the
chopping blade into the bowl.
2. Place the disc sha onto the motor sha inside the bowl, round side down.
3. Place the Slicing / Shredding Disc onto the Disc Sha For slicing, place the
disc onto the disc sha with the slicing blade face up. The lip of the disc
will also be facing up (FIG. 4). For shredding place the disc onto the disc
sha with the slicing blade facing down and the shredding teeth facing up.
4. Aach the cover as described in Step 4 of the ‘Mincing’ secon, ensuring
that the small metal peg on the underside of the cover aligns with the hole
in the center of the slicing / shredding disc.
WARNING: THE LOCKING
COVER IS A SAFETY FEATURE THAT ALLOWS THE PRODUCT TO
OPERATE ONLY WHEN THE COVER IS PROPERLY LOCKED INTO PLACE.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DEFEAT THE SAFETY PURPOSE OF THE LOCKING
COVER

CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove plug from electrical outlet before pung on or taking o any parts and the
control knob is set to “0”.
2. Clean removable parts in hot, soapy water or top shelf of automac dishwasher. Rinse and
dry thoroughly. CAUTION - HANDLE BLADE AND DISC CAREFULLY AS THEY ARE SHARP!
3. Clean base with a so, wet cloth and mild cleaning soluon. Wipe dry with so cloth
before reusing or storing. WARNING: NEVER IMMERSE THE BASE IN WATER OR ANY
OTHER LIQUID.
4. Ensure the locking mechanisms on the cover and the base are free of food parcles.
5. Never use aggressive cleansers or metal scouring pads to clean components.
