• Read all safety information, and carefully read all instructions,
before you use the Product.
• Do not attempt to modify or repair the Product. There are no
user-serviceable parts inside. Have only an approved technician
repair the Product.

the battery.

• Use this Product indoors only.

maximum voltage rating for the Product.

• Use the Product only as specied, or the protection supplied by
the Product can be compromised.
• Batteries contain hazardous chemicals that can cause burns or
explode. If exposure to chemicals occurs, clean with water and get
medical aid.
• Remove the batteries if the Product is not used for an extended
period of time, or if stored in temperatures above 50°C. If the bat-
teries are not removed, battery leakage can damage the Product.
• The battery will not charge if the internal temperature of the tester
is above 113ºF (45ºC).
• The battery door must be closed before you operate the Product.
• If the battery leaks, have the Product repaired before using.
• Turn o the Product and disconnect all cables before you replace
the batteries.
• Be sure that the battery polarity is correct to prevent battery
leakage.
• Do not put battery cells near heat or re.
• Do not operate the Product with covers removed or the case open.
Hazardous voltage exposure is possible.
• Do not short the battery terminals together.
• Use the proper terminals and cable for all connections.
• To prevent damage to the display or the case, do not use solvents
or abrasive materials. Clean the case with only a damp cloth with
water.

THANK YOU FOR YOU PURCHASE OF THIS NetAlly PRODUCT
(“PRODUCT”). LINKRUNNER LLC DBA NETALLY, ON BEHALF OF
ITSELF AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY,
“NETALLY”), WILL LICENSE PRODUCTS TO YOU ONLY IF YOU ACCEPT
THE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) AVAILABLE
AT THE FOLLOWING LINK: http://NetAlly.com/terms-and-conditions
(“EULA”). CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE USING THE
PRODUCTS. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE PRODUCT(S), YOU
INDICATE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND ACCEPT
AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL OF ITS TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT
ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THEN DO NOT
INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCTS.
1. Denitions. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following
denitions will apply:
“Documentation” means any installation guides, reference guides,
operation manuals, and release notes provided with the Product in
printed, electronic, or online form.
“You” and “Your” means the commercial entity authorized by NetAlly
to use the Product.
2. License. Any license to use the Products and Documentation is
subject to the terms of the EULA. To the extent the Products include
Third-Party Materials, as dened in the EULA, licensed to NetAlly
by third parties, those third parties are third-party beneciaries
of, and may enforce, the applicable provisions of this Agreement.
You acknowledge and agree that the Product may use a network to
send and receive data, and that your service providers may bill you
airtime, data or usage fees and that you are solely responsible for
such charges.
3. Limited Warranty. NetAlly warrants that the hardware compo-
nents of the Product will be free from defects in material and work-
manship under normal use and service unless stated otherwise
herein for a period of one year from the shipment date and the
software components of the Product for a period of 90 days from
the shipment date in accordance with the terms of the EULA. THE
WARRANTY IN THE EULA IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
4. Export. You will comply, at your own expense, with all laws,
regulations, rules, and ordinances of any governmental body,
department, or agency that apply to or result from your obligations
under this Agreement. You hereby represent and warrant that
neither the Products, nor any related technical information, data,
documents, and materials, nor any derivatives, will be exported,
re-exported, diverted, transferred, or disclosed, directly or indi-
rectly, to any country or to any national or resident thereof, except
as authorized and permitted by all applicable laws and regulations.
You will cooperate with Licensor in executing documents or licenses
necessary to comply with these laws and regulations and with any
related audit or inspection.
5. Government Use. The Product is classied as “Commercial
Computer Product” and “Commercial Computer Documentation”
developed at private expense, contains condential information
and trade secrets of NetAlly and its Suppliers, and is subject to
“Restricted Rights” as that term is dened in the Federal Acquisition
Regulations. Rights to the Products are only as set forth in this
Agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL LICENSOR OR ITS
LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF
REVENUE, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,
OR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR
SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. IN NO
EVENT WILL THE CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF LICENSOR EXCEED THE
AMOUNTS PAID OR PAYABLE TO LICENSOR FOR THE APPLICABLE
PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO SUCH CLAIM.
7. Customer Data
During the Term, You may provide to Licensor Customer Data.
Licensor may use Customer Data in connection with the perfor-
mance of its obligations under this Agreement. In addition, Licensor
will at all times in connection with the Customer Data comply with
the privacy policy located at http://netally.com/privacy. Customer
retains all intellectual property rights in the Customer Data.
8. Incidental Use of Aggregate/Anonymous Data. You may provide
to NetAlly data and network trac information including, but not
limited to, conguration data, IP addresses, payload data (which
includes the content of the message), screenshots, data dumps, and
trace and log les (“Customer Data”). NetAlly may use Customer
Data to provide services as well as for purposes compatible with
providing services including, but not limited to, error analysis and
correction, and product and services adjustment, conguration,
improvement, and development. In addition, NetAlly may: (a)
compile statistical and other information related to the perfor-
mance, operation and use of the Products and (b) use and share
data from the Products, including Personal and Customer Data,
in aggregated form, to create statistical analysis and for research
and development purposes (“Product and Service Analyses”).
NetAlly retains all intellectual property rights in Product and Service
Analyses. NetAlly’s Privacy Policy located at http://NetAlly.com/
privacy applies to NetAlly’s collection, use, disclosure, transfer or
other processing of Your Personal Data, as applicable, and the
terms of such Policy are incorporated herein by this reference.
9. Applicable Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of
California, USA without regard to choice of law rules, and you
hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts
located in California. The parties agree that the United Nations
Convention on International Sale of Goods Acts will not apply to
this Agreement. In the event of any conict between the terms on
this printed sheet and those in the EULA, the terms in the EULA shall
supersede.
