Managing NetAlly App
Settings
This chapter explains the processes for
resetting, loading, saving, importing, and
exporting the test settings for individual
NetAlly testing apps, such as AutoTest,
Discovery, and Performance.
For instructions on restoring factory defaults to
the entire EtherScope unit, see Restoring
LinkRunner 10G Factory Defaults.
Resetting Testing App Defaults
Once you have adjusted settings in the NetAlly
apps, at some point, you may need to reset an
app's settings to the defaults. The following
process resets all app-specific settings to the
factory defaults.
WCAUTION: This operation will delete all
saved settings, including testing profiles and
other application data.
The Discovery app is used as an example in the
