Fast and easy deployment
Wherever your eld equipment is located, just connect it to a
Netbiter EasyConnect gateway and you will be able to access
equipment data online in a regular web browser. The plug-and-play
funconality makes it possible to perform large-scale installaons
within minutes.
Connectivity
EasyConnect gateways connect to eld equipment via several
connecon methods: Serial RS-232/485 Modbus RTU, Modbus-
TCP or EtherNet/IP. On-board I/O ports extend the EasyConnect
gateways by allowing sensors and addional equipment to be
added to the system.
Cloud services through Netbiter Argos™
The gateways interface with the cloud-based Netbiter Argos server
via the cellular network or Ethernet. By logging in to www.netbiter.
net, you can access and visualize equipment data online and get
alarms via email or SMS whenever certain thresholds are reached.
Congure and operate machinery remotely
The powerful feature Netbiter Remote Access* allows you to
open up a secure connecon to remote machinery and congure
or operate it from any locaon. For example, with a Netbiter
EasyConnect connected to your PLC, you are able to perform
debugging or re-programming remotely from your PC, using your
regular conguraon soware.
Data security
Netbiter EasyConnect oers unique
technology for secure access to your
industrial equipment located behind
rewalls. The gateways communicate
via 3G/GSM/GPRS or Ethernet and
eliminate the need for public and xed
IP addresses, VPN tunnels and expensive
M2M-specic SIM cards.
Netbiter SIM-cards
HMS oers a SIM
card with roaming
capabilies for most
countries around the
world.
Commonly used for:
• Power generators
• Telecom base staons
• Building HVAC systems
• Industrial machinery
• Tank monitoring
• Pump staons
• Renewable energy
• Security and geofencing
• PLC conguraon
EasyConnect™ gateways
Netbiter EasyConnect is a series of communicaon
gateways that connect to eld equipment and
enable direct connecon to the Netbiter Argos™
data center.
Data is sent securely via the mobile phone
network (3G or GSM/GPRS) or via Ethernet.
