Assemble and attach the mounting bracket

Notes on mounting:
⚫ Use a standard 13m socket wrench for all bolts
⚫ Tighten bolts to the following torque settings:
 Captive radome mount bolts: 4 Nm / 35 in-lbs
 Angle pivot bolt: 7 Nm / 65 in-lbs
 Pipe clamp bolt: 7 Nm / 65 in-lbs
⚫ Do not over tighten bolts
