Key Characteristics of the Change:
Product Material - internal hardware version number (V1H3) with new hardware platform: now standard IEEE 802.3ak 10GBASE-CX4 infiniband modules –
without previous CX4 connectors mounting screws. Possible retro-compatibility with previous version. The Name (I/O modules overlay) of the Product Material
changes from AX742 to AX744; when 24G stacking speed, performance and ordering SKU number of the Product Material don’t change for customers.

Conversion Material should be the Only Remaining Alternative for Customers” is the projected date all existing current version material inventory should be depleted in all regions. The dates are only
approximate and are determined by the projected transition plan between the current version material inventory and Post-Conversion Materials, sales trends in NETGEAR distribution, and the
inventory levels in different regions. The dates above ultimately may vary for different customers, and customers may continue to receive current version materials until existing inventory has been
depleted.

Customer Impact of Change and Recommended Action:
For mixed operation between previous and new version, customer can remove mounting screws around each previous AX742 I/O module CX4 connector.
Except CX4 connector mounting screws difference, previous AX742 I/O module and new AX744 I/O module are identical.
