5. Use Static to specify the static route preference value in the router.
The default value is 1. The range is 1 to 255.
6. Specify the RIP route
preference value in the router.
The default value is 120. The range is 1 to 255.
7. Specify the OSPF Intra route preference value in the router

The default value is 110. The range is 1 to 255. The OSPF specification (RFC 2328)
requires that preferences must be given to the routes learned through OSPF in the
following order: intra < inter < type-1 < type-2.

The default value is 110. The range is 1 to 255. The OSPF specification (RFC 2328)
requires that preferences must be given to the routes learned through OSPF in the
following order: intra < inter < type-1 < type-2.
9. Specify the OSPF External route preference value in the router

The default value is 110. The range is 1 to 255. The OSPF specification (RFC 2328)
requires that preference value must be the same for all the OSPF external route types,
such as type1/type2/nssa1/nssa2.
10. Click the Apply button.

The Local field displays the local route preference value.
