Troubleshoot With the LEDs
The following table describes error conditions that are indicated by the LEDs.

Solid amber. The modem is starting up.
Solid green. The modem is receiving power and is connected to the mobile broadband
network and the Internet.
Blinking amber. Device error. For more information, see Troubleshoot With the LEDs
on page 77.
Off. The modem is not receiving power.
Power
Solid amber. A device is connecting to the port.
Green. A device is connected to this port.
Ethernet
LAN
Solid amber. A device is connected to this port.
Solid green. Full data connectivity.
Ethernet
WAN
Green. The LTE connection is good. Blinking indicates data traffic.
Amber. The LTE connection is good, but the signal is weaker. Blinking indicates data
traffic.
Red. The modem can't connect to the LTE network.

Power LED Is Off
If the Power LED is off and other LEDs are also off when you turn on the modem,
do the following:
•
Check that the power On/Off button on the back is in the On position, that is, it is
pressed in.
•
Check that the power cord is correctly connected to your modem and that the power
supply adapter is correctly connected to a functioning power outlet.
•
Check that you are using the DC 5V, 2A power adapter that NETGEAR supplied for
this product.
If the error persists, most likely a hardware problem occurred. For recovery instructions
