7. Select Switching Multicast MLD Snooping Querier Configuration.
8. Select the Querier Admin Mode Disable or Enable radio button.
This specifies the administrative mode for MLD snooping for the switch. The default is
Disable.
9. In the Querier Address field, specify the snooping querier address to be used as source
address in periodic MLD queries.
This address is used when no address is configured on the VLAN on which query is being
sent.
The supported IPv6 formats are x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x and x::x.
10. In the MLD Version field, specify the MLD protocol version used in periodic MLD queries.
11. In the Query Interval (secs) field, specify the time interval in seconds between periodic
queries sent by the snooping querier
.
The query interval must be a value in the range of 1 and 1800. The default value is 60.
12. In the Querier Expiry Interval (secs) field, specify the time interval in seconds after which
the last querier information is removed.
The querier expiry interval must be a value in the range of 60 and 300. The default value
is 60.
The following table describes the nonconfigurable information displayed on the screen.

Configure an MLD Snooping Querier VLAN
To configure a MLD snooping querier VLAN:
1. Prepare your computer with a static IP address in the 169.254.100.0 subnet, for
example, 169.254.100.201.
