With a sharp object such as a paperclip, press and hold the Reset button for five
seconds.
The mobile hotspot returns to factory settings.

Replace the cover on the back of the mobile hotspot.
Reboot the Mobile Hotspot
You can reboot the mobile hotspot from the NETGEAR mobile app or from a web
browser.
Reboot the Mobile Hotspot From the Touch Screen
To restart the mobile hotspot from the Touch Screen:
1. Hold down the Power button.
