The System Information page displays.
5. Select Switching> Voice VLAN > Properties.
The Properties page displays.
6. Select the Voice VLAN Status Enable radio button.
This enables the administrative mode for the voice VLAN for the switch. The default is
Disable.
7. In the Voice VLAN ID menu, select the VLAN that must be the voice VLAN.
VLAN 1, the default VLAN, cannot be the voice VLAN.
8. In the Class Of Service menu, select the CoS tag value from 0 to 7 that must be
reassigned for packets that are received on the voice VLAN when Remark CoS is enabled.
The default value is 6.
9. To enable Class of Service remarking on the ports and LAGs that are members of the voice
VLAN, select the Remark CoS Enable radio button.
By default, Remark CoS is disabled.
10. In the Voice VLAN Aging Time fields, specify the time after which the last IP phone’s OUI
must expire for the ports and LAGs that are members of the voice VLAN.
By default, the OUI expires after 1 day.
11. Click the Apply button.
Your settings are saved.
Configure Membership for the Voice VLAN
To add or remove interfaces from the voice VLAN:
1. Connect your computer to the same network as the switch.
You can use a WiFi or wired connection to connect your computer to the network, or
connect directly to a switch that is off-network using an Ethernet cable.
2. Launch a web browser.
3. In the address field of your web browser, enter the IP address of the switch.
If you do not know the IP address of the switch, see Access the Switch on page 14.
The login window opens.
4. Enter the switch’s password in the Password field.
The default password is password.
The System Information page displays.
5. Select Switching> Voice VLAN > Advanced > Port Setting.
The Port Settings page displays.
