Captive Portal Authentication Browser Interface Page Options
Parameter Description Default
Authentication Enabled Enables Captive Portal authentication.
Enable Guest Logon Enables Captive Portal logon without authentication. Disabled
Enable User Logon Enables Captive Portal with authentication of user credentials. Enabled
Enable Logout Popup
Window
When this option is enabled, a pop-up window appears with
the Logout link for the user to log out. If this is disabled, the
user remains logged in until the user timeout period or until
the station reloads.
Enabled
Protocol Type The protocol used on re-direction to the Captive Portal page. If
you select HTTP, modify the captive portal policy to allow
HTTP traffic.

Redirect Pause Time The time, in seconds, that the system remains in the initial
welcome page before re-directing the user to the final web
URL. If set to 0, the welcome page displays until the user
clicks on the indicated link.

Welcome Page Location The page that appears soon after logon and before re-
direction to the web URL. This can be set to any URL.
