1. Navigate to the Configuration > Advanced > WLAN > Network > General page of the master
WFS709TP (Figure 13-2). This page includes fields for configuring the SNMP parameters on
all access points in the network.
2. Configure the basic SNMP parameters in the SNMP System Information area. The fields are
similar to those for the WFS709TP, and are explained in Table 13-3.

Field Description Expected/Recommended Values
Host Name Host name for all Access Points in the
network.
A name to identify the devices as
WFS709TP APs.
System Location Location for Access Points in the
network.
String to identify the location of the
APs.
System Contact Contact name or information for
administrative contact.
String to identify administrative contact
for all APs.
