4. Click the Add Tier button.
5. Choose the Data Volume Tier button or the Metadata Tier button depending on
whether you want to create a data tier or metadata tier and click the Next button.

If you choose the Metadata Tier button, you see a window with information about
metadata tiers. Click the Finish button to create the tier and close the window.
