Set Up and Activate a WiFi Access Control List
By default, any WiFi device that uses the correct WiFi network name (SSID) and network key (WiFi password)
is allowed access to your WiFi network. For increased security, you can restrict access to the WiFi network
to allow only specific WiFi devices based on their MAC addresses. You do so by setting up a WiFi access
control list (ACL). After you enable access control, only devices that are on the ACL are allowed access to
the WiFi network of the router.
WARNING:
If you use a WiFi device to set up a WiFi ACL, add your WiFi device to the
ACL. Otherwise, you are disconnected when you activate the ACL.To avoid
this situation, use a computer with a wired connection to access the router.
